Our story
MJL Welding & Fabrication was founded by Max Lennon, a passionate and skilled welder with deep ties to the community in Southern Rhode Island. Max possesses nearly a decade of intensive skill development and is proficient in handling a wide variety of materials, and working them in an efficient and artistic manner. This business also has a history of working alongside the Newport Historical Society - preserving and maintaining some of the areas most beloved and revered sites.
As welders, but also as proud Rhode Islanders, we specialize in residential and local commercial projects meant to enhance the natural beauty of the area we all call our home.
In addition to welding, MJL also handles custom fabrication and sandblasting.
OUR FOUNDER:
Max Lennon is a pillar of the Aquidneck Island community. With deep family roots in Middletown and Newport, he grew up, went to school, built this company, and got engaged all on Aquidneck Island. Receiving his A-Level certification from the General Dynamics subsidiary Electric Boat, Max is skilled with intricate welds in close quarters, high pressure scenarios; ensuring that he will be able to complete any job he is tasked with.
